Our integrated health care utilizes an approach defined by a high degree of collaboration and communication among various different types of health professionals. What makes integrated health care unique is the sharing of information among team members related to patient care and the establishment of a comprehensive treatment plan to address the biological, psychological and social needs of the patient. The interprofessional health care team includes a diverse group of members (e.g., physicians, nurses, psychologists and other health professionals), depending on the needs of the patient. 

General Practice – Whether it may be acute illnesses, respiratory issues, and sports injuries, to name a few. Having access to walk-in medical care is important to us and that is why we offer services for a wide range of ailments. In most circumstances our clinic can offer same day, or walk-in care, to best meet your healthcare needs. Below is a list of some of the items that can be treated at our clinic:

• Hives 
• Fever 
• Rashes 
• Ear pain
• Minor cuts 
• Pelvic pain
• Sore throat
• Dehydration 
• Sprains or strains
• Cold or flu symptoms
• Burning during urination
• Cough or chest congestion 
• Respiratory issues, like wheezing

Behavioral Health - We also offer mental health and psychiatric services. If you or your doctor feel some sort of therapy might be part of your treatment plan that is no problem. Our integrated healthcare clinic has licensed psychiatrist and psychologist on staff, to address your therapeutic needs. We also offer outpatient mental health and substance abuse treatment. 

Hours of Operation – Our walk-in medical clinic is open Monday through Friday 9:00 AM until 5:00 PM.  In some cases, we can offer same day assessments for mental health and substance abuse treatment services.
